Axibly provides web accessibility testing and compliance tools that help identify WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) issues on websites. Our services include automated scanning, reporting, and recommendations for improving accessibility.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to test
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use automated tools to access our services beyond normal API usage

Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Axibly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our accessibility scans will identify all issues or that following our recommendations will ensure full WCAG compliance. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axibly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axibly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axibly operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
